skills with individual
coaching from Australia’s top level athletes; Video/DVD/computer
footage of your
strokes; Stroke mechanics;
Starts & turns;: race plans, psychological
planning, cross training for maximum effect, and specific activities
to make training fun. We continue to offer online backup to your
coaches and athletes after your visit in order to consolidate your
gains.
